Bob Beatrice - Athletic Director
Bob is beginning his eighth year at Crossroads College Prep. Bob spent nine years at Sidwell Friends School in Washington DC coaching football, basketball, and baseball. He played college baseball at The Catholic University of America and spent time on the coaching staff at East Stroudsburg University. Bob also worked for the New York Yankees in the front office of their minor league operations. At Crossroads College Prep, Bob coaches Girls' Volleyball, Girls' Basketball, and Baseball.
Stephen Mouser - Head Boys' Basketball Coach
Stephen has been the Director of Boys' Basketball Operations at Crossroads College Prep for the last six years, in addition to his duties as a social studies teacher. Prior to his time at Crossroads College Prep, Stephen coached basketball, golf, and volleyball at Parkway West High School. Stephen has a wealth of knowledge, experience, and connections in basketball in both the Saint Louis metropolitan area and on the national level. Through the Gateway Basketball Club he has coached and developed many current Division I Collegiate basketball players. Stephen also assists with the Middle School Track program.

John Merritt - Head Track and Field Coach

John was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA where he attended the historic William Penn Charter School. In 1991 he moved to Saint Louis to attend Washington University as a recipient of the prestigious John B. Ervin Scholarship.
John has spent the last twelve years as an educator in the Saint Louis area. Six of those years were at Kirkwood High School where John taught Social Studies in addition to coaching Football and Track and Field. Two years were spent in Belleville, IL where John served as Principal of Abraham Lincoln School. This year marks John’s fifth at Crossroads College Prep. John is the Middle School Director in addition to Head Coach of the Current’s Track and Field program. John is certified as a Level I coach by USATF, the nations governing body of Track and Field coaches. John was recently inducted into his high school alma mater’s Athletic Hall of Fame as a member of Penn Charter’s 1988 Track and Field Team. John also coaches the Crossroads College Prep 7th/8th grade Boys' Basketball teams.
Mark Norwood - Head Boys' and Girls' Soccer Coach
Mark has come to us after teaching at New City School. He is starting his second full season as the Director of the soccer program and has done a tremendous job. Mark played college soccer at St. Louis University and has coached many years in the local youth leagues. Mark also served as an assistant coach prior to taking over the reigns of the program. Mark teaches mathematics at our school and is the father of two current Crossroads College Prep students.
Sarah Truckey - Head Tennis Coach
Sarah is new to Crossroads College Prep this year. She played tennis at Webster University and has done an outstanding job creating a strong and cohesive unit. Sarah will also be directing our Literary Magazine as well as our school newspaper.
Maggie Baisch - Volleyball and Soccer
Maggie is starting her second year at Crossroads College Prep after working at Villa Duchesne. Maggie played college field hockey at William and Mary and will provide a tremendous burst of energy and expertise to both the Volleyball and Girls' Soccer programs.
